Two Year Limited Warranty

Pitchman Pens proudly offers an International Warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Each pen is meticulously handcrafted to the highest standards of quality and care by our skilled artisans.

This warranty ensures your pen is free from manufacturing defects under normal use. However, it does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, unauthorized servicing, or factors unrelated to defects in materials or craftsmanship.

Should warranty service be required

Pitchman's are built to last for decades when properly cared for but sometimes problems can arise. If you are having an issue with your Pitchman, please send it into our service department and our team will review the problem and get it back in your hands as soon as possible. 

Please send your Pitchman with contact information and description of the problem to 5160 Breezewood Circle, Alpharetta, GA 30004.  We strongly recommend that you send the pen via insured shipping in a padded envelope for secure delivery.
