Returns and Refund Policy
No one owns a Pitchman that they don't like. Our pens are loved and cherished by their owners, but should you not be 100% satisfied; we gladly accept returns as we only have happy customers. Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on any item purchased within 20 days of delivery.
Before returning, ensure the pen you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included; otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Our writing instruments are purchased by discriminating customers like you, and nothing less than a perfect pen is acceptable. A refund or exchange can not be issued if the pen has been used or has imperfections that were not on the pen when it was delivered.
You can start the return process by following the below instructions:
1) Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return label. All returns MUST use our return shipping label.
2) Package the pen in a sturdy container with sufficient padding to protect it from damage during transit. All shipping containers and packing materials are discarded upon receipt. As such, please do not use any containers and/or materials you wish returned. We cannot replace or refund your pen if we do not receive it. We cannot accept returns on customized orders or issue credit for freight or gift wrap.
The return [excluding shipping charges, gift wrapping costs, and credit card transaction fees] will be reflected on your credit card within 30 days after receipt.
Once your package reaches our offices, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be returned to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
