About Our Pens
Are your really pens handmade?
Yes. Each Pitchman undergoes a painstaking creation process involving 48 steps that transform raw materials into masterpieces of elegance and functionality. The cap and barrel are handmade and hand turned on a lathe. The metal portions are created through a manufacturing process due to the rare metals use.

Can you pens be engraved?
We are honored that so many want to put their names on our pens, but unfortunately, due to the exotic materials we use to create these works of art, engraving would damage the pen. Others have tried after they have purchased the pen, only to destroy it - please trust us on this one.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
YES! Great gifts must deliver a complete experience from moment one. That's why we deliver your new Pitchman in our exclusive signature gift wrapping and embossed with the Pitchman logo in real sealing wax.
What is Paua Abalone?
Paua Abalone shell, often referred to simply as Paua, is a type of shell derived from a marine mollusk native to the coastal waters of New Zealand. Known for its striking iridescent colors, Paua shells display a shimmering spectrum of blue, green, pink, purple, and even gold tones, making them highly prized for jewelry, decoration, and luxury goods.
What is Palladium?
Palladium, a rare silvery-white precious metal from the platinum group, is prized for its unique properties. Essential in industries like luxury pen making, it symbolizes elegance and functionality, making it highly sought after and valuable. Major sources include Russia, South Africa, and North America.

Do you ship globally?
Absolutely! We proudly serve customers across the globe and ship internationally every day. No matter where you are, we’re committed to delivering our handcrafted products with care and ensuring a seamless experience for our worldwide clientele.
Where do you ship my order from?
We ship all orders from our GA, US offices.
Can I cancel my order?
We apologize, but once an order is confirmed, it is automatically processed and cannot be canceled. You may return the package according to our Return Policy, noting that a credit card processing fee will apply.
Can I exchange my pen for a different one?
We regret that we cannot process exchanges, as each pen is individually handcrafted and made to order. To make a change, please follow our Return Policy procedure to return the pen and place a new order.
Warranty & Guarantee
What is covered by the Pitchman International Warranty?
Pitchman Pens proudly offers an International Warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Each pen is meticulously handcrafted to the highest standards of quality and care by our skilled artisans.
This warranty ensures your pen is free from manufacturing defects under normal use. However, it does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, unauthorized servicing, or factors unrelated to defects in materials or craftsmanship.
What is the Happiness Guarantee?
At Pitchman, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship and are confident you’ll love writing with your new pen. That’s why we offer the Pitchman Happiness Guarantee: if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your pen within 20 days for a full refund.
If you’re gifting a Pitchman pen to someone special, rest assured the same Happiness Guarantee applies to them as well. (Feel free to let them know!) We’re certain they’ll be absolutely delighted with your thoughtful choice.
How do I get my Pitchman repaired?
If your Pitchman Pen requires repair, you can send it to us for evaluation. Our team will carefully examine the pen to determine the issue and assess whether it can be repaired. Once the evaluation is complete, we will notify you of the necessary actions to fix or restore your pen. While we strive to repair your pen at no cost whenever possible, if there are any associated costs, you will be informed in advance and given the option to proceed. Your satisfaction and the longevity of your pen remain our top priorities. Contact us for additional information.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, or U.S. Territories as our shipping partners do not provide services to these locations. We are sorry, but orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.
Do you offer free shipping options?
Yes! Enjoy free standard shipping within the USA. We also offer discounted global shipping rates, with additional shipping options available at checkout.
Return Policy
No one owns a Pitchman that they don't like. Frankly, very few are ever returned. Our pens are loved and cherished by their owners worldwide, but should you not be 100% satisfied; we gladly accept returns as we only have happy customers. Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on any item purchased within 20 days of delivery. For additional information or to start a return, go here.

Can I buy Pitchman's at a local retailer?
Pitchman Pens are available exclusively through our website and shipped directly to customers worldwide. We do not operate retail locations.
