What to look for when purchasing premium pens. 

Cost - While a premium pen doesn't have to cost you a lot of money, one can’t expect to get high quality for under $30. While this may seem obvious, unfortunately there are many cheap pen manufacturers who suggest otherwise. Don’t be fooled, buyer beware. 

Rare and Durable Materials - You would expect your premium pen to provide good service for many years. Sure the ink won’t last forever, but the pen should be something you pass on to your son.  Look for pens handcrafted of precious metals like gold, titanium, and platinum to provide the durability and rare materials like paua abalone shell for example to provide a unique and original look. 

An Original Design -  This is where your individual taste comes into play.  You will of course want an original design that reflects your tastes and personality. What’s the point of getting a premium pen if everyone else has the same pen? Do we need to say more?
